FAQ

Is the payment secure?

Yes: it goes through Stripe, on its own checkout page. GameVote never sees or stores your card details. Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and more depending on your country.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Right here, with "Manage my subscription": cancellation takes effect at the end of the month already paid, at no cost.

Will I get a receipt?

Yes, Stripe emails you a receipt after each payment. Your invoices are also in "Manage my subscription".

Can I get a refund?

Write to us within 14 days of a payment (address in the legal notice) and we'll refund you.
